Perennial Butterfly Garden Plan

What could be nicer than sitting outside, enjoying flowers and butterflies? The perfect seating area is a combination of having a view and having some privacy. Butterfly gardens, of course, need lots of bright flowers to attract winged visitors. Two design techniques keep this garden from visual overload. First, include some solid, evergreen shrubs like we have here to give your eye a place to rest among all the flowers. Second, use repetition!
